SedCARE by SEDCO - When Care is Important
The SEDCO SedCARE range of products form an innovative and dedicated aged care solution. The leading edge design offers the lowest total cost of ownership for any aged care facility and provides the highest degree of flexibility. SedCARE is the most advanced call system meeting the AS 3811 standard and setting the quality benchmark in aged care communication systems today.
The new SedCARE range incorporates both applications and hardware technologies but most importantly does not rely on server technology.
The SedCARE range can be tailored to suit any requirement. SedCARE is modular in design, allowing features to be added and for expansion of the system as the facility grows or as requirements change.
SedCARE Control Centre provides a facility, or even a network of facilities, with unified messaging by integrating a facility’s fixed and wireless communication devices, providing call logging, detailed reporting and alarm outputs to various devices (RF paging, DECT, SMS, Wi-Fi and more…).
SedCARE 7000 is the most advanced, robust and reliable call system. Complete resident monitoring is available with the SedCARE Dementia Management system. This system monitors residents in an un-obtrusive method to determine their status and movements within their room. Alerts are automatically generated when help is required.
Staff location can be achieved with SedCARE Staff Presence. This enables staff to determine the exact location of team members.
SedCARE offers a Staff Duress system that can be operated anywhere within the aged care facility. The system, once activated, will output the name of the staff member & their exact location immediately to pagers, DECT, display boards or any other combination of devices.
The SedCARE range of products include “lifeboat” modes. This means they can still operate, independently of each other and generate alarms (audible and visible) in the unlikely event of equipment failure, power outages and other unforeseen circumstances.
