Training: Engineers, Technicians, Installers and Users
The SEDCO Academy was established to address the growing need for a wide range of health care communication training modules for both technical and administrative staff. The SEDCO Academy runs courses for both customers and SEDCO technicians.
The SEDCO Academy is responsible for ensuring all SEDCO Technicians are SEDCO Certified. We provide mandatory training for our team of installers and service technicians. All SEDCO certified individuals have a minimum 4 years industry experience and have undergone a minimum of 6 hours of SEDCO examinations following our comprehensive training program.
This enables us to deliver on our promise of quality product, quality people and quality support.
SEDCO Customers are able to access the SEDCO Academy for their staff. The SEDCO Academy runs specific training programs for both technical and administrative staff for all of our systems and products. Training modules can be completed on site or at a SEDCO Office.
SEDCO accreditation is free of charge for hospital engineers from approved SEDCO sites.
